Composite HPA Tank 0.8L 4500 PSI

➡️ First time: build up pressure gradually

1. Fill first to ±100–150 bar

2. Let it cool down (10–15 min)

3. Fill further to 200–250 bar

4. Let it cool again

5. Then go up to 300 bar

👉 Why?

• Filling generates heat (adiabatic compression)

• Composite tanks can handle it, but slower filling = less stress on the material and O-rings

🔧 Extra tips

• Fill slowly (especially with a powerful compressor)

• Check the pressure once the tank has cooled down (it usually drops slightly)

• New tanks may show slight “settling” during the first fills

• Fill rapidly straight to 300 bar in one go
